Got the car taxed today, they were kicking up a fuss about changing the engine size on the tax book, they were looking for engineer's reports etc, but they eventually let it go and just changed the CC after talking to head office. So it's now 1998cc on the tax book, and fully legal.

Did you not just send the log book off? CC and colour change wise?
Nope, My girlfriend did it at the Tax office. Colour was blue on the tax book so didnt need changed, just the CC and engine code.
