You need to find somebody skilled with a lathe to make up those spacers.

how come your not having the beam etc powder coated? what type of paint will you be using?

Using POR15 paint. It's like a fancy Hammerite but especially for cars/chassis/etc. Applied to bare metal (after using their marine clean and metal-ready) and apparently provides very good protection against rust.

Just thought it'd be cheaper than getting them powdercoated, and it won't feel quite as bad if I end up having to mod the beam/lower arms/etc later on.

Got my inner CV spacers from Quaife, think they slot on to the CV as follows:

Put them in the diff, tbh there's still about a 1mm gap/amount of play. Found if I bend out the inner CV clip a bit it holds it a little more stable so may get some new clips and see how it is then:

Just improved the shape of the circlip and the shafts stay in to the diff tightly now. Anyone know where I can get new ones?
