apparently theres something better than putty out atm, so my uncle will putty it when it is at his, pin holes are a cnut i know.. ahd them before on other cars
its only getting 2 sides sprayed, boot and windscreen are going un-touched
masking will all be done by my uncle :thumb:

Dont use 'putty' to fill pin holes.prime it up then use 2k filler and wipe it in the pin holes before you block the primer down,then once all the primer is sanded down check for more pin holes,

will fit these visors tomorrow if i can be ****d going fown to the unit, spent all of today chasing the scrap mans truck round widnes after it was nicked, so im frigged lol. spraying hopefully at the latest end of next week. keep watching :thumb:

no no no.. only the metal;lic stuff to get it super fine, but that lets in virtually no water anyway, we just rubbed the normal s*iit filler down dry.

Its fine to rub filler down with water,filler is porous yes but as long as you dont soak it in water or leave it out in the rain for ages.
To be honest using 80/120/180/ and then finishing with a quick 320 is good enough.
