Want to be racing again in march mate .
Fabrication is my thing but not engine building so want to get alot of the big work out of the way before new year so all i have to worry about is the motor incase there is any hickups ect .

Maybe it's fine but I wouldn't fancy keeping the bonnet down on some small coiled wire and rivets.
Im using the weld on mounts pal welded to the wings .
If there good enough for pro mod there good enough for me ;)
All good I was picturing the little springs rivetted to the slam panel!
Weighed the bonnet after attacking it?
No mate using 10 fastners all the way round it and na i was going to weigh if before and after but couldnt find the scales amongst all the sh1t in the garage from doing the build .
Not sure our lass would find it funny if i used the baking ones lol.
It weighs nothing though far lighter than a grp one . Oviusly not as rigid but will do the job i need it to.
