Oh lol was going to say, on my doorstep and never heard of it!!!
Have you tried custom cages? Can't be too far from you?
Ian I've just tried one of those new fangled motorsport cable tie fasteners and it works spot on  One job down.
How rude of me! Forgot to say good work as always! Engine looks great - seems a shame to put it into a car! lol
I've only got my motor fixed wit one bracket, albeit very hefty! Hope it holds up. I like the tack the nut to the scuttle idea tho.
Think I remember yours, you used that massive thick metal box section? Well now mine's held in with 2 bolts and a cable tie and it doesn't move anywhere without taking the scuttle with it. :)
Good good :d Motorsport fastener is lighter than a nut and bolt too!! lol lol
Tut tut lionel - using three fixings when two is perfectly good enough.... think of all that extra weight....
Lol this made me chuckleQuote:

Comming along, get that bay painted. Would think the wiper motor in in there well enough with 2 bolts, mine only had 1 and looked ok.
Engine looks good.
Got my new cams through the post thanks to a MIG user. Quite good condition with minimal wear marks and no scoring:

Small amount of sealant around the end caps to stop any oil leaks:

Trial fitted the inlet, the fricking thing is huge, tempted to bin it for something else

Just need to go get my silicone beather and fit the rocker baffle and the cover can go on and I can get it timed up. Not sure whether to do the breather mod or not too?
