I would just like to take this opportunity to publically appologise to Olly for the way his car turned out, I have just come off the phone to Olly now, i can appreciate what he has said on here and why he has said what he has said, its such a shame it has come to this.
I have just spoken to Olly on the phone discussed several things with him, he has shead some light on matters I was unaware of, because of this unprofessional behaviour from certain staff members i will be taking action myself on monday morning.
Olly has been given several options, which ever he takes is his choice, due to the damage caused to his tyre we shall either purchase him 2 new 888's or he can purchase his own and invoice us for them, again his call.
in an ideal world i would like to collect the car and put the wrongs right, Olly knows this, he is thinking about it, there is absolutly NO hard feeling towards Olly due to his post.
I would like to make this a point very very clear, we are a professional company, we dont mistreat customers cars, we do work on some high profile cars and generate very good results, this is a problem and we will rectify it one way or another, we will NOT ignore it.
