having to fill in a police form cos some coffin dodger backed out of as parking space into my trailer, and cos I wouldn't give him any insurance details as I wasn't going to claim off him, he reported my for driving without due care & attention, failing to stop at an accident scene & failing to report an accident. I was stationary & he did no damage worth bothering with!!!!!!! FFFFS oh, but he did put a tiny lickle wickle scratch in the back bumper of his car....so now I'm probably getting sent to a penal colony

Yeh the basic clocks pcb is great doesnt overhang the back. Why couldnt they do the same with the 6 dial ones!!

Fitted a new fuel filler cap flap to the Lupo after I accidentally broke off the old one. New one (from the scrapper, admittedly) is wonky and looks ****e. On the hunt for yet another one in black. The search continues...

Homebase car park he was kind enough to show me CCTV and also getting a reg tomorrow.
ok, go ask your insurance first to see if they can do this without getting the police involved, and if not, just get the rozzers involved.
Would prefer cops instead of insurance, don't want to risk any premium problems...? :(
Amazingly. .. this afternoon I was talking with a friend of the wife who is going thru the same thing. The big problem is getting the info and using it to get it sorted. The rozzers will only be interested in prosecution and not in getting it fixed. She has had to fill in some forms and send several forms of id so they can make a legal request for the other car owners details.
