Re the disc, could you not do like i did a find a disc that fits direct?
The issue is disc offset, it's easy to find a 280mm disc that's the right width (Meriva I think has them) but without buying the disc and trying it on you won't know if it sits right in the caliper.
I know, i had the same probs, No Gm disc will fit, what i ment is, measure the total thick-ness of the disc, then the braking surface. (says 50mm total, braking surface is 25mm, you then look for a disc that's the same, as the off set is 25)
If that makes sense... This is how i did mine, i now use VW discs and that are a direct fit (i run 5stud) now rings or anything.

Yes, give me total width (down thru the center hole to floor) then your A, center bore too please, i have a book her that shows me all. I spends ages working mine out.
So i can do this.. (how i did mine) Would think your disc is the same...

The brake lines in the pic, are they ready made to fit the Wilwoods and then a gm fitting brake line?
