I'll just remove the wheel well itself, and replace the shape with a flat alloy sheet, but I'll have it pressed, so it doesn't "bong" at high speeds
youve got some serious stuff done to the nova since i last had chance to log in
Looking sweet olz! :thumb:
plenty more to come matt - i'll be on it all day saturday preparing for the sprint should you want to pop over both (Ste & Matt)
let me know :thumb:
Aha! They finally collared you then, thought you'd got away lightly, as that is the class I got told I'd have to run in ;)Quote:

Looking forward to seeing you Sunday btw, we hardly spoke PV day...
Motorway was hilarious :thumb:
So they bumped you up as class cause the engines over the 1998cc of cause of the tbs and bits?
Nope they moved me class because a Nova was never built with a 2.0, which is what I explained to them, and they just said I was in the correct class.
Oh well - I'm up against a 2000cc Turbocharged Morris Minor this Sunday lol
Hmm interesting reading some of this :)
So in terms of feeling ~ the turn in doesn't seem as sharp now the rear carries more weight?
I wonder why they weren't able to balance the RR & RL like the front as now there's an even greater imbalance. Was it just that the height adjustment on the rear isn't quite enough to drop 1 corner enough?
2ยบ isn't the end of the world now it's all tracked on a car that's not the stiffest and will give the footprint you're after when cornering hard.
Does the revised settings give more initial understeer you think now?
Hi Si,
I've literally drove it home from JamSport, and thats it, so it was alot of motorway and couple of roundabouts.
I'll do a proper "feedback report" after Sundays Sprint
Thanks for the interest though - its nice to see other people throwing ideas in :thumb:
