I got the FPR with the 45's when i brought them for the brown one - its off a lotus and i forgot i had it...havn't a clue about its suitability for what i want.
I like the bare round rear arches too but the wheels stick out way past the line of the body lol

Same way I did my hubs for my corsa back in the day.
Whats with the shiney machined ring on the outside of the bearing tunnel? I guess they clamped inside, machined that true and then clamped that on the outside to bore out the tunnel?
Also, one of your hubs looks like its seen a lot of heat which isnt good!
Axle and arches look good!
Same FPR as on my carbs too, but as you say, not sure if its suitable for TB's.
Also, I'm sure youve checked, but will the inside edge of the rear wheel not hit the support brace you've put in?

The shiney machined bit is were the machine shop trued the out side of the hub carrier, and you are correct the hub has seen some heat from the oxycetelene on it to get the disc retaining screws out that some numpty snapped in them.Quote:

Quite wide i think you will agree, in fact its that wide that the wide arches arn't wide enough lol so i have had to widen them - this also gets over the issue of them not fitting vey well

After priming up the bare metal on the arch I spaced the FG arches out on some alli brackets and fiberglassed the arch to the car
