This morning I have marked out the locations of the spreader plates, then removed the front
hoops, cross bar and door bars and de-stickered them. I rubbed down the cross bar and door
bars and gave them a fresh coat of Matt Black paint.

I got the wire brush on the area around the passenger side B pillar cause it was looking a little
crusty :( I think this may need attending do before attempting to weld the spreader plate in.

While I was at Halfords I got some Hammerite silver hammered effect paint and did my fuel tank
and filler pipe.
Now I need to find someone who can come and weld my spreader plates in :confused:
