Can you PM me what all the powdercoated parts cost you? I'm looking to do a similar thing but wouldn't mind a rough price guide.

Thanks! Its coming together well, everything is on course to be ready for next week so it will all bolt together with relative ease.

The main head ache left to tackle is the wiring harness. Maybe have to call in a favor from a mate who is an auto electrician lol

Small update for tonight,

I asked at the platers about maintaining the finish on the zinc parts, I was told if I lacquer them then it will help, so the main parts got a bit of a dusting over to seal them up, will come up nice with a bit of a polish

Gear linkage was left in degreaser over night and ready for some Etch primer (this was last night)

Then tonight gave it a coat of satin black

The fuel pressure regulator also came today so I build up the fuel pump assembly

Also gave the loud pedal a coat of satin, although i'm regretting not getting it powder coated in Satin to prevent wear...
