Some more trophies are due your way :thumb:
great work benn!
Top stuff Benn
Flocked cover looks good
I would love to have ANY bodywork skills
Love it longtime!
I would love a silky smooth engine bay like that. Mainly so I didn't slice my hands open on razor sharp spot weld and panel edge burrs when I try and wipe it down!
Is it only me that hasn't seen the new wheels?
i hadnt seen them until today.
Car looks gorgeous at PVS mate, new wheels suit it well!!
The BBS replicas did look sweet, very classy looking
Wheel pics damn it!
x3 lol
There are a few on corsa sport
Think I still prefer the polished turbos
Link them here then...
Was looking smart again Ben wheels suit it and more I saw them today the more they grew on me! Top work as always!
Top choice!
That looks ace with those wheels.
OMactualG
Top choice, i do doff my hat to you Sir Benn
WOW  more WOW the wheels look perfect, still love the turbo rims for retroness but the BBS's seem to make the look somehow more upto date.
Love the plug cover and little attentions to detail as ever Benn, oh and I remember doing a photoshop of some wheels for you back in July last year ;)

Smooth bays rule dude.
I might of been keeping it quiet... ;)
First real time they've been on the car...
Thank you dude :)
Cheeky funker. They are Genuine BBS wheels from Germany.
I'll do a proper update tonight..
Are they? I'll have a look, cheers for the input too.
Cheers dude, yours and the blue one are awesome.
:)
Thank you :)
Cheers dude, a few people dont like, when i was ordering them i was 100% then i wasn't, then i was, with the pics on here i'm really liking them..
Glad you approve, there still more i'm doing..lol and yea thank you for the PS, it really helped me pick wheels.
Definetly right choice in wheels Benn.
They look much better than your old whels mate.
Thank you very much, means alot coming from you.
So i have a small update i've been working on...
After surfing German Ebay i found a set of BBS CO, these are the older style of the new CH, which i love... So after a few emails and a lot of help from Jeffrey ( Vlietje ) on Png i ordered a set of brand new wheels...
As they wouldn't post them to the uk, a plan was set. The wheels would be sent to Jeffrey's work in Germany, he'd pick them up and then we're meet for me to collect.
Skip a few days, Jeffrey opening the wheels at home to check them..... Wrong bloody offset. They had two offsets listed, ET50 and ET38.. Here is where i cant thank Jeff enough. He sorted it all out almost (i sent a few emails)
So the wrong ones where collected, new ones safely in Jeff's hands. Thank funk!
I cant thank Jeffrey enough for all his help, with out his help i wouldn't of got them. He is very very trust worthy (over 400pounds worth of trust lol) He's the most helpful member ever!
We met up and i had a car full of shiney new rims.... YAY!
Now, the specs. 6.5J ET50 5x112 center bore 63mm. Ah i hear you read... Two probs there, but both easily sorted..
A quick search and i found a set of "wobbly" wheel bolts. After doing alot of re-search, i found some that have "wobbly" washers on them they give 2mm movement. Made in the uk buy a engineering please, stating that they are 100% safe, so i ordered a set. Next was a trip to the machine shop to open the center bore out to fit my Cav hubs. I measured the hubs at 65.75 so i had the wheels done to 66mm. Thinking the 0.25 of a mm wont give any probs..
Fast forward and i'm test fitting them. When Dan notices then hub movement plus the move ment the "wobbly" bolts give might mean the wheels might not sit 100% centerlised on the hub. Bugger! Hadn't thought of that before.. So i needed to get tyres on and get them tested... So here are some pics...
BNIB... Mmmmmm

Thanks for the long read.
Looking good benn,
For peace of mind, I've had wobbly bolts for about 20k miles and the odd high speed blast...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v8...p/abc65366.jpg
It's a pity the nova is too small for CH's!...
ps. catch you at billing hopefully!...
Wow, they look fantastic, suit the car perfectly!
this car is a real credit to you dude, looks fantastic in the flesh (and the sun ha ha), the attention to detail puts a lot of other supposedly well prepped show cars to shame!
Cheers dude, i've done 300miles just this weekend and seem fine... With a few high speed catches up..lol and yeah CHs would have been nice but they dont make them in under 18x8...
Cheers dude :)
Thank you Al, and for the bits you've done fore me. I love the look of the car in the sun as the colours really pop (the mettlic and pearl in both) give it a real wet look. In my eyes its the small detaills make a build. They are things i've always looked for.. So i do them as much my self.
Lot's more to come too...
 Awesome work!
Can't find a fap smiley....
:tosser:
umm
Logged in after months of being idle just to say how good it looked at PVS mate.
Well done, really, really nice.
(I prefer cav turbos, but thats a personal shout)
:)
I have loads of shiney to fit, i just run out of time to get it all fitted.. It's fantasticly well polished too. ;)
Got something for you later too...
hahaha might do, i'd have too see one, but i think the black makes it look like its only there to look after the bonnet when at full chat..
Is there really a need for that?
Where you at PVS? Show of come said Hi, thank you too. There's lots of Novas with Cav turbo rims now so a change was needed.
