Been a good few days, Friday, mate handed his notice in at work, although I got feck all done Friday because the boss shat himself that he's going, in the long run, means more work on site for me, meaning more overtime.
Then Saturday, took the MG for its MOT and for a 12 years old car, kept up the tradition of passing 1st time!

Got a new daily and detailed the paint and fabric protected the seats ready for our lass and the kids to scrape around the car parks. lol

My once weekly 1:1 training at the strength and conditioning gym I use. Program has changed massively compared to last month, now doing a lot more strength based stuff.
