Ah legend, so do you just join number4 to the out let on the rad? Will that not make a prob of the water running around?Quote:

have you cut the bonnet slam panel to allow the afm pipe to fit? dont suppose youd want to start cutting it now!
also some very good info from the simps there.
Leave the hot start plugged in but not plumbed in yeah.
The standard LET hose for no.4 is a straight bit with a 90deg on the end that fits perfectly on the top rad end if you loosen the connection on the turbo and tweak the angle.
Your no.1 goes to the top of the header tank (easily hidden, especially with your setup)...

(you can see the 90deg kink on the left and how I loosened it and change the angle. Don't copy my angle tho as my rad was in standard position!)
Thank you very much, no the slam pannel hasnt been and isnt gonna be cut.Quote:

No point buying an unbrokwn hot start vavle then... Sure it will start from hot better with it working?Quote:

Never had any probs with my hot start not plumbed in but then again didn;t use it every day! Should be fine tho. From my understanding they're more prone to causing problems than running right.
The hose is just flopped over out the way in that pic but does go perfectly to the top right (standing from front) outlet on the rad.
What and back in to the rad? Or joined to it?
Ben those unions are NPT and you need to threadlock them in. They taper ~ the way you have it in the last photo is the wrong way round.
What do you mean the wrong way round?
Cheers Si.
