Cheers! Absolutely spot on
The shiney silver/polished metal really goes well with the body colour! :thumb:
Dude your rad looks like a cheap one..... I can see through it!
Loving the progress though.
Nath, its on the turbo side, but i think i've found a replacement.
Vaughanmc, cheers dude :) as saids its Ardon blue.
Craig: wouldnt you beileve it was a gen vx item 3years ago.. It does look tatty but you can see thru all rad fins so i've found. but it does look like it leaks in the bottom corner so i might try and get another one.
Like the ally ones but they are so over priced.
dude spring for the ally one, steel one would look out of place in your engine bay!

1 - to header tank
2 - oil return
3 - oil in
4 - to top of rad
5 - to amal valve
6 - to amal valve
You'll have to check which way round they go on the amal valve tho from your vacuum diagram.
I'll ask Shaun if he's got a spare let afm mate.

You may find the above useful!
Most people leave off the hot start valve(6) from the vacuum system so what you do is run your vacuum from the fuel reg into the throttle body but have the a t-piece coming off the line down to the turbo.
If you're running an external fuel regulator you move the vacuum from the standard one to that and leave the standard one "un-vacummed" as it where.
Also, if you're not runnng the tank vent valve system (most won't be I just blocked off the vacuum at the throttle body.
Hope that mkes sense.
