Get them on as soon as..!
will do von :thumb:
this weekend im aiming to get the springs and shocks on, the skirts and the digi dash.. doubt ill get all that done though
just got some bulbs from a funked digi dash in my room.. so now i have all bulbs.. and i just cleaned it with a flash wipe and it comes up like new.. cant complain for ?20 for such a mint digi dash in working order lol but is a bulb suppost to go in the middle hole?
pic of it cleaned

is a bulb supposed to go in the middle?
no mate thats where the speedo cable go's aint it? cos i thought even tho its digi you still have a manual speedo cable?
edit: or maybe it is a bulb holder as there looks to be no way of clipping a speedo cable to it?
I was going to say the same but didn't want to sound daft if it was wrong lol
oh, should look really good with them parts on her. skirts dont take long to put on, digi dash will only take 2 hours.. stuts and springs are a piece of piss (45 mins to an hour).. come on get the pics up. cant wait to see this lowered and have skirts on her.:thumb:
how much were the struts and springs? i sold my set for ?90 with a 40mm kit on it. dont know if i got the good deal or if the guy that bought it from me did..
Greg
The centre blub is impossible to find, you don't need it, it just for extra illumination, i think it may alos of been where the speedo cable goes on the ultra rare analoge astra GTE clock.
full 60mm kit was 70 but the rear springs havent arived yet.. if they dont then i cant lower it
as said above no bulb goes in there and with a digi dash it has a transduser instead of a normal cable driven speedo.
ye ive got the correct trans.. waiting for it to be fitted now
You can still fit the front shocks... GO GO GO.
aye come on.. i really want to see pics of this lowered and skirts on it...
get the front struts on (really easy), take some pics, then get the back end jacked up and new struts in place but not properly on etc then as soon as you get the springs put them in place then tighten everything up and get her on the deck and take her for a drive to settle it then get PICS!!!
i am probably more excited than you dave.lol lol
slap fronts on and start the rear ie slap dampers on and keep it jacked up for springs
she's lowered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ish lol
got the front springs and shocks on.. looks absolutley brilliant! cant wait to put the raers on aswell
also got my gsi skirts fitted.. look brilliant.. also did my valve clearences so now itt runs very quiet

lol cheers bud :thumb:
next step is to mabey get some bigger breaks and mabey a gsi front if i can find a grey one cheap enough lol
Sounds like a plan that! Just FFS dont use crappy Delco brakes (Solid disc's, mainly found on SR's etc), the pad retaining pin's seize and get stuck in the caliper :mad:Quote:
