I know of a few peops building the likes of this engine. or alternatives using a 1.4 crank-rods-and piston set up in a 1.3 s or sb block to give an oversized CC. Early 1.2s with Carbs had the biggest piston diameter in any of the GM small block range. In saying that the 1.2sb incorperated a large piston with a short stroke. Match the piston from a 1.2 sb with the stroke of a 1.3 and you end up with a stroked, overbored 1.3... I intend to build a tuned 1.3 sb, but currently run a blue printed C14SE on carbs in my rally car.
