Go to the police and tell them you want it sorting. Also tell them if they dont, you will rent a Yaris, and attach this guys proper plate to it and go on a speed camera baiting drive.

Lee, i'd get down the cop shop with evidence and inform the DVLA aswell. He might nit do it intentionally, but if he gets flashed, it will be YOU who ends up with the fine. I'd be fuming!! I bet you are too!!
Nahhh, wasn't anything, wasn't even a real number plate, just some sticky paper I used to stick ontop of my plate when I went to PV2003 lol
Thats out of order, i wouldn't be happy at all if someone was using my plate. I see your point - get onto the DVLA and police. Good luck mate.
