Nova Saloon wip

Might as well have a wip for the saloon I guess if nothing else but to keep me from lagging behind on it..

Well I guess I need some sort of list of what I hope to be doing, it'll probably change but here's a start...

Interior out.
Glass out and Lexan Polycarbonate windows in.
Rollcage in.
Rear disc conversion.
Dash modification.
Smallblock engine change.
Larger front brakes.
Modified suspension.
Re-paint.

Looks pretty clean, liking the plans :thumb:

Will be keeping an eye on this.

If the headlining comes out can I have first refusal?

It's only done 28,000, it's super tidy underneath, very very little rust, a few minor surface patches on the body but they will soon be sorted prior to paint.

How desperate are you? As I don't mind leaving it untouched until I am ready for the window change but that would be early next year I expect...:confused:

Another option I guess.....If I got a car cover we could take the windows out...lol It's garaged...but I hate spiders..lol

I'm despirate for a mint 2 door headling but not in a short period of time, Is there a good time to call you tomorrow? And I'll donate the carpet to Rob and whatever else, if he promises to get this blue saloon out some time soon lol

Well in that case I will take some pics of the headlining in the next few days for you, I am 99% sure it's 'mint' but I also den't remember looking up for a while..lol

lol lol lol lol it will be out soon,well soon as i stop messing with my 2 door loon but thats finished now bar some paint, PV next year is my my deadline for the blue one so i,ll have the carpet ;)

What are you doing witht the interior?

Todays update with thanks to Dave and Naomi...

All windows out, no breakages, windows are needed so the perspex people have a template and rubbers are needed to put the perspex back in, so, careful was the watchword of the day...
Whilst we were at it, we figured we'd have the dash out too.
All ready for Graeme to come and remove the headlining...lol

Oh, forgot to mention, I dug out my spare Corsa Electric Power Steering Column today too, so with inspiration from Will I'll get that in too, if I can find a controller kit for a decent price.
