Exactly, it won't... they don't stick to a 30 limit so why bother sticking to a 20 limit! And will probably cause more accidents as people are too busy watching their speedos rather than the road :roll:Quote:

i dont that people really think about these things before actaully trying it them selves,, just like today i was crossin a zebra crossing and a woman nearly run me down as she was consentrating on the phone and was speeding. its just stupid people should really think before doing things.
The guy who used to do road design was on Top Gear a while ago (I say "used to" as it was a few years back now, so he's probably moved on). IIRC he doesn't even drive himself...
