Kenny Head Unit
just a quick Q, new to all his head unit wiring up!
trying to wire in my new head unit, but ive got more wires on there than a whole car loom, but also, at the back of the unit are two wires, with each one having two sockets on them, each having a white socket and a red socket!
i presume these are the preouts? what are these for has i have a completly different wire for the amp (even though i aint found that one yet either!)
cheerz!

Any pics?
Those plugs sound like they might be the ISO connectors - Standard fit plugs which mean the stereo can easily be 'plugged in' to the majority of most cars without having to cut and join wires.

(Best pic I could find!!)
Or do they look like phono cables? (Also called RCA)
Normally a twinned cable which splits near the end with a phono plug on each cable (Normally one red plug and one white (or sometimes black).
Most stereos now a days have a pair of these (A pair for the front and a pair for the rear) making 4 phone plugs.
