Hey all, iam needing the ball the fits inside the petrol tank inlet neck, it stops the petrol coming back up the neck, it would seem mine has come out of the plastic holder and is now inside the tank, and dont want to take the tank off.
does anyone know if the ball is fitted to corsa's or cav's ???

remove the sender & fish it out. i've done them before
I would but its the hastle of taking the tank off again, and i had to seal the sender into the tank before the tank was painted due to it being a copy not original tank so really not wanting to take the tank off .

but you don't have to. as long as you can get at the ball from the sender hole, you can get it back in. it was a fiddle, but i used some strong steel wire & tape, and got it back in.

typical, not long thrown my old tank out aswell.

my one fell out once do you really need it?
Yeh just cause it stops the fuel coming back out the tank and up the neck matey, its bad cause it can feck the paint and the decals.
