There's been a vew vids like this (or might be the same one going round). Problem is, it won't make a difference - people will watch it, go "oh dear, how awful", then 3 hours later get into their car and have forgotten all about it.

Seen that once before, some of thise clips send shivers down my spine :( really makes you think
