Logbook

Abit clueless here i havent bought many cars, im looking at a car and the owner is abroad and his brother is selling it on his be-half where do i stand when it comes to the logbook, i thought the registered keeper had to sign it?

Registered keeper is meant to sign it. Sounds like a bit of a weird story though so possibly take the above advice.

When you say abroad do you mean Nigeria by any change?
