New track car.

new r/c track car.
This is the class im racing in for the indoor season this year.
The season starts in october so getting the new car ready.
It's a class for out the box racing so no real sort of speed but down to driving more than anything.
Should be a laugh as they run no diff/gearbox.Just direct drive to the wheel.:eek:
In the rules you can only fit your own radio gear but you have to use the speedo that comes with the car.

I've just fitted a diff to my Mardave, and i really can't believe the difference it has made, its taken it from un-predictable around corners to 'planted' as it were. A completely different car!

Watched him through practice into his first heat, he span off every single corner for the entirety of practice, left me a bit :wtf: Then he absolutely caned it round the first heat, then I realised, he was finding the grip limits on all the corners in practice lol Only he starts from above the maximum down, rather than safe up like most people would.
