insurance cancelled
so my insurance was cancelled on my transit for not providing proof of no claims, I never thought anything of it just presumed it was my mistake/over sight and opened a different policy, but I've just found the original letter they sent out asking for proof of no claims it reads 'YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF THE 0 YEARS NO CLAIMS BONUS YOU HAVE INFORMED US OF"
What are the chances of me getting my deposit money back from them or even just a apology :tard:

lol did you have any NCB to declare?
I'd say contact them and point out the mistake. If you send the proof there and then they may reinstate your policy, although really you should have provided it when asked despite the typo.
[edit] Just re-read that, so this is an old policy that they cancelled and you set up another policy elsewhere? In that case, I wouldn't bother now as its too late. Should have contested it at the time they cancelled it

I have a years ncb but didn't apply it to the policy, only thing is if they reinstate the policy I will be stuck with cancellation fees on the new one so cant be arsed with that lol
