1.4 engine

hi just wondering if any one could tell me did they ever fit a 1.4 engine with single point injection into novas as standard?.

Just to add, Yes they did, and im using a SPI engine in my nova, although it will be running a carb.

If your car is an SPI, then its a direct swap. I think the ECU may need changed, although I'm nopt 100% sure, but its very very simple to do it.

yep, late models had them, pretty much any 1.4 that's Kreg and not an sri.

You could get the engine from say a Mk3 astra and change the ecu, and get a loom from a nova, If you have a ecu and loom from a nova you can get any C14NZ.
