Dodgy Digi Dash Readings

Right i need help with my digi dash readout- its really slow getting to the readout and also. when my car reads 85 im actually going faster than 90 by a bit, this has been tested by 2 STANDARD cars cos they said u was doing over 90 sat on my arse i said no i wasnt they say i was.... also at like 110 i apparently seem to be going more liek 115 -117 any ideas ........ dont say its wrong either.. or say i was doin 90 cos its been run against others

what wheels/tyres do you have>? its possible to throw your speed down by 5-10% if you have bigger wheels/tyre profile. making your speedo indicate lower.
