Red and white chalk down the kerbs and a big sign stuck in their front garden pointing down their drive saying "PIT LANE >>"

get a few mates and do it all in one night.

Chalk is perfectly legal as it washes away very easily and does not leave any damaging marks, so even if someone sees you and phones the police, they may be a bit stroppy and stuff with you but they cannot do anything about the fact that you have coloured in half the street.
