when i turn the steering wheel it squeeks and the plastic and stalks move from side to side a few inchs when steering. also it is nearly impossible to keep the right indicator on. ne1 know wat the problem is?

There are 2 plastic tabs that hold the indicator/horn contact mounting base inplace. these could be loose. and causing all the problems. Whip column srrounds (and maybe the wheel) off and have a look.

the column is most likely scrap.

either it has
1. had someone try & swap the wheel without knowing how to do it
2. had an accident & shortened the column
3. been damaged in a theft attempt

Check if theres a spring under the wheel. Its a safe bet its been removed and holding the steering wheel tight to the surround.

Whip it off and look where the Steering Colume mounts to the Car body, maye one of the Bolts have come loose.....
