Bumper carriers

Is there any differance between a bumper carrier for a mk1 and a mk2 nova? Iv got a carrier from a mk1 just now after my original one dissapeared from the bodyshop. Cant get my bumper and grill to line up right.

Yea there is a difference, the mk2 bumper will sit lower.

I was building my car back up for PV and couldn't get the bumper bar off my spare parts car so was left without one. I tried a mk1 bumper bar an it was way out! In the end I fitted it without one!

Thought there was a differance! The bumper is hanging down on a carrier off a mk1.
