What do people tend to use in Phase 1 LETs? Anyone tried NGK PFR 7B?

i only change plugs when they have become out of temperature range after a new mod or if they give fouling/pinking problems.

trying random plugs in the search for extra power is pointless, im not assuming this is what your doing, but what exactly is wrong with the OE plugs?

No mate, the plugs i have a terrible, well cheap and they look a bit worn. Im having ignition problems you see so im gonna get new leads, plugs and coil as they all have seen better days. Dunno how much a Bosch coil is gonna set me back tho.
