1.3sr help plz.

hi every 1 !! i recently purchased a 1.0 nva on a j plate, so i decided to up grade it to a 1.3 sr!! iv now replaced the engine etc. but i am having difficulty with the distributor wiring?? :cry: i am using the std loom ! could any plz help me with this ;)

on the origanl loom goin in to the coil i av 1 green wire n 1 black 1.

on the coil pack there should be 3 wires 2 to the distributor and an ignition live

could u tel me wot coulour they are etc. :D

so far iv tryed 1 from a 1.2 but when i put the black wire to it
everything goes live.

mines different pal, its a hand built loom

but the 2 bottom ones go to the dizzy

green goes to your rev counter, black is ignition live!

the 1.0 uses a resisted wire (it is clear covered) it needs replacing all the way back to the ign switch. the car should run ok then

so do i replace the resitor wire with a live wire from the igitoin then!!

an then work out the wiring for the distribitor? from the coil

been to a garage today who gave me a rough idea of what to do etc. could u tel wot terminal the rev counter wire has, all know thats it green, but thier 3 of them?? thanx
