simple wiring diagram needed

my washer dont work an as they are needed for mot i d like wire them to a switch

i already have an ing live to wire them to but i ned to connect to the earth wire so that it will only earth when a switch is pressed so can some one give me a diagram ?

ing live to washer pump earth from other terminal going through a swicth then to eath ?

is the pump actually getting power to it?

my looms butchered as i running no dash
if i put ign live to the pump an earth the other terminal to chassis it stays on constant so i want make a switch for the earth wire so the wire will only earth when the switch is pushed
hence the circuit is broken until the switch is pushed
