XE conversion strengthening

Im gonna convert my Nova to good old XE power,what is the best way to strengthen my nova?
Is it one of the weld in kits,seam welding,or stitch welding?

As much guidance as possible will be greatly appreciated

Stich welding the engine bay is the general way to go. If you get the piece kit to weld in, you'd still want to be stich welding too as the kit doesn't cover everything.

could I just stitch weld,or do I need the kit?

If its going to be just a road car then the general opinion is the kits not needed.
If the car is going to be kept long term, personally I'd take the oppurtunity to use the kit to make the shell stronger, while the engine bay is empty and your going to be welding anyway.
