Citroen Berlingo

Basically, we have a Berlingo that is off the road, with almost a full tank of diesel. In the current climate, that = lots of ££ so how is the best way to go about draining the fuel out into a jerry can or something?

disconnect the fuel pump, wire it direct to a 12v battery, and drain the tank that way.

drill hole in the tank. get a plug, then if they do re-fill it you can have morelol
