Fuel Leak

i have a fuel leak!!! i haven't looked properly but i stuck head under quickly and saw it was leaking from the back of the tank. It really smells even when u walk past it. Where could it be coming from?

Also could this be the cause of my idle being very rough?

mine was cuttin out on idle when i see it was leaking from the out pipe on the fuel filter,sorted that and its fine now,was gettin air in,
