Ist possible to get bumper and grill from vauxhall or spurious?

Am I right in saying this is a mark I setup?
Is it hard to graft onto mk II shell or whats involved?

Thinking about a grp A replica?

you are correct, that is indeed a MK1 front end. to swap that onto a mk2 shell you would need lights, grill, wings and bumper with all associated bracketry.

doubt Vauxhall would be able to help, charge you a forture if they could. shouldnt be too hard to find a MK1 front - loads of people swap theirs to MK2s - why ive no idea.

i got a gte front bumper and 1 good wing lol, and can sort out lights and maybe a grill lol if u need anything just ask.. chris

Whats story with bracketry. Do all mk I use same bracketry?

wings are available from most motor factors that sell panels, just obviously pre90 wings. some do not have indicator holes so u woudl have to make them yourself.

the brackets i think you'll only need the ones for the bumper, cant remember to be honest ill have a look at mine see whats there.. chris

Mk1 also uses different headlight clips than the Mk2 - there's one underneath each headlight. Without them, your headlights will flop about.
