my front off side camber is fine but since i changed the lower arms the near side front whell camber is sometimes out.
it only happens if i have driven around a right hand bend then the wheel points in more at the bottom, it cluncks when it does so

any ideas on whats causing it?

ive tightend all the bolts on the suspension, and ball joint. and checket the anti roll bar mount. :S very frustrating:confused:

Steering rack?

Have you jacked that corner up and shook the wheel up and down/left to right?

ive just had the bearing replaced as it had a little bit of play in it.
steering rack is new (refurb) quick rack i did hit a large rock one night but that was on the driver side and all has been fixed there (arms and ball joint)
tracking has also been done

if you have changed the lower arms, ball joints and rack/track rods it must be the top mounts....?

Has it only started clunking since you changed the bottom arm too? Did you strip everything off that side whilst changed the bottom arm i.e. strut, tie bar [completely or just one end] etc?

I assume you replaced it with a Nova one and not a Corsa item?

Without looking its hard to say, the only thing I can advise is to double/triple check everything is correctly fitted and tightened and check for any badly worn parts.

i did buy a set of nova lower arms and did make sure they were not corsa ones (found out not all corsa parts are the same before)
the top mounts are new, well done approx 5-6000 miles
what i might do is put the old lower arm back on that side just to double/ tripple check.
most parts are fine, bushes etc etc

Did you use an old Bottom ball joint or a new one?

its all new, ive replaced the new bottom arm with the old one and left the ball joint bolts slack, driven up and down the drive slowly to let it settle and it seems to be in place now. clunking appears to have stoped, but not entirly sure untill i take it for a spin later.
hope this works as its starting to be a bit of a joke
