u can mate but u will need to ajust ur timing, a garage can do this for about ?10.
other option is to use optimax, that has a higher ron (98.7 insted of 95) like leaded petrol (98-100)

dicko to be honest chances are when it was serviced they do it when they do the timing,
round her the do it without asking

and with the change it petrol it will use its worth senduing it in as soon as you swop, run a few tanks through it then get it sorted
