1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.. Your foot will change direction!!!

Nah i used to do that trick in school, a similar one is patting your head with one hand and rubbing your stomach in a circular motion with the other
Its possible to do both, but it involves actually thinking about doing it, a thing the brain doesnt need to do with general movement
