Interior Pieces?

How does each of these parts go on:

Door cappings?
Boot arch carpets?
Carpet on the back of the rear seats?

Door cappings can be just placed on, held in place by the door card and window rubbers. I think as standard they have a bit of double sided tape to hold them on but its not really needed.

Carpet on the back of the rear seats and the rear arch carpet I would assume is just stuck on with tape or glue.

Carpet on the back of the rear seats is an extension of the boot carpet, and held on by some black push-clips.

Rear arch carpet is glued on, before putting the rear quarter trims in.
