dashboard led's...

I'm gonna fit dash based led's and have a set of the mini hi bright led's along with the resistors, however the instructions that came with them arent clear and I cant recall which side of the led the resistor goes on.

I know the resistor goes 1st but it it to the side with the flat edge (the shorter leg) or the other?

s'okay - sussed it - they go to the short leg on negative side

resistor can go either side really, think one of my vectra switches had to be done with one each way due to where they needed to sit.

yep either side, most people stick it on the power side as its easyest.
