front panel help

if i want to replace the bottom half of my front panel do i need to buy the one with or without the crossmember.

i think its just grind off the old one and weld on the new one iam changing the whole lot so not sure

depends if your crossmember is rotten

As above/\ If crossmember is shot get a whole new section.Just the bit you say your after is £20+vat iirc whole lot is £50.You need a spot weld drill bit and drill out the spot welds holding the panel on while using a crap screw driver to lever it off.Theres a fair few of them mind lol takes a bit of time!
