gsi engine tuning

alrite just need some advice for a friend.
he wants to make his gsi nova go better and wants a bit more
low down power rather than 5000rpm on wards he already has
a 4 branch manifold and a panel filter and drilled air box and what
sort of cam would people recomend this car is his every day driver
so he needs to keep some reliability let me no what u think cheers:thumb:

best value for money . strip it out. panel filter are good idea. cheap modding use a SR cam high lift over normale ones and cost almomst nothing. cheack timing money well spent if its out. new plg leads and dizzy and bits .
