driveshafts poping out!!

ive just built a xe nova mk2, and the drivers side (long) driveshaft keeps poping out when i turn on the spot and it did it earlier on the motorway but poped its self back in :confused: and it dosent sit flush to the gearbox, it will go in but pops back out again. its on rennsport coilovers lowered almost the max on the front 80mm?, could that be the problem? or could the driveshaft be to short? are corsa gsi shafts longer?

sounds like your shafts a tad short, but dont see how that could happen? youve not made the shafts yourself have you? as in cut and welded??

when youv got your car lowered as low as 80mm the shaft will be at its longest extension, ready to just pop out. try setting it to about 60mm.

possibly the problem of the coilovers as they6'll be at silly angles

possible theres a circlip missing aswell that holds the shaft inplace

another question. its idleing quite high, i havent got a rev counter but it sounds like 2, y is it doing that? airflow sensor?
