Nova Schematic

Hi all,

I am about to become the proud owner of my mates nova. At the mo its used as a place to store his rubbish, but suprisingly it is in really good nic.

I've got some big plans for it, which i'll show you all as i get it started.

In the mean time, i need a schematic of some kind of the build of the nova. If i can get hold of one in CAD format or something, even better. I've searched the net, to no avail....


Is anyone on here able to help?

If anyone knows of anymore, maybe with more dimensioning and where the load bearing points are, that would be good

Click the Chris Astley link at the top of the page, it shows his Strengthening kit he has for sale. This should give you a fair idea.

The Main ones are the Front Tie Bar mounts, either side of the radiator on te cross member, the rear coil spring mounts on the chassis legs, behind the rear wheel and the front strut mounts, in the engine bay. The reat dont really suffer unless rallied or the car is aging badly.
