Ya know what I mean, looks like underseal! allong the bottom half? was it ever on mk2's?:confused:

I'm sure the mk2 sr/sri's had them....well mine did and there are some on ebay with them its vinyl me thinks
I quite like the look of it, I might do mine but use textured paint.
Yup, SRi's (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/featurecars.php?cat=sri) had vinyl. I don't recall any other Mk2 having them though...
SRi's had it, SR's had it.

It was exclusive to SR's right accross the Vauxhall range. Though they did stop when it came to mk3 Astras & Cav's.
I think it looks ace, though it can hide rot in the case of Nova doors. I think its sacriledge when people remove it from SR's to chase the GSi look. When you look at the price of the vinyl, its criminal to remove it with a paint stripper gun.
On another note, in the Dealer booklets its actually called "foil" not vynl lol

lmfao, foil. Could look quite bling if you used turkey bakofoil from tescos.
