can anybody tell me the best and easiest way to remove the interior sound proof stuff from my nova track car :mad: it will take me for ever with hammer and wall paper scraper lol

Some form of hand held heat exchange unit and a scraper, it WILL take you hours and you will regret ever starting it.

used a hand held blow torch :)

only done under the back seat for now lol took about 1 hr :D

fudge wheel should take the remnants of it off after heating it and using a scraper.

managed to get most of it off, gave it a good rub down and primed and painted now :D

Use a wallpaper scapper to remove the tar sound deadenining then soak the remnants with white spirit and use a nylon brillo pad to remove the rest, easy peesy
